Key Skill Management in Operating Room

The KSMOR project is a three years Erasmus+ project that intends to assure good and correct practices inside the Operating Room and to develop safe care for the surgical patients.

The project focuses on the training of operating room nurses and their managers by using the Key Skill Management (KSM) approach.
